Need some summer help on a large community in North Port. Painting fences, parking curbs, mailbox posts, replacing street signs, cleaning out storage buildings, trimming trees, assisting the maintenance personnel with remodeling a laundry room, cleaning and regular building maintenance/janitorial might also be included. Need someone dependable, reliable, and on-time ready to work. Must pass background and drug screening. Hours and days can are flexible and can be discussed prior to starting. Must work well with other employees and residents of the community.
