Re occurring issue with roots in sewer pipe----main pipe leading from house to street continuously gets blocked by roots...I hate calling Roto Rooter to fix this issue, as I prefer to deal with small businesses... The back up only occurs when wash machine is used..we have examined the wash machine outlet, and its definitely the roots outside--Most of the sewer line from the street to the yard has been upgraded to PVC.... there is a small amount of the old pipe from where the line comes from the house...the area has been excavated somewhat, and fills with water when the wash machine is used... If you have the machinery to clear the pipes, or are not adverse to digging a bit of sewer line up, please shoot me a bid.....My tenant has money to pay you cash, so no messing around with payment issues thanks 512-258-5561
