Compensation: Per Contract. Payment in full, once job is finished and client satisfied, up to 5 business days, allowing direct deposit to clear. Job Locations: NoVA, some parts of DC, and Montgomery County in MD. Most jobs are in Loudoun and Fairfax County. I am looking for an experienced sub-contractor in staining decks Have to have at least 7 years experience in staining, sealing, powerwashing decks, and carpentry. Basic carpentry skills and tools needed as well. Need to see pictures of your work. Need to have own truck, tools, sprayer. Serious sprayer, such as Magnum, heavy duty, for exterior deck staining, NOT the little tools with the cup that you have to refill 50 time before getting the job done! Payment, per job/project. All decks are to be power washed, sanded, popping nails hammered down, loose boards secured with screws, and spray-stained, with backbrushing after spraying first coat. A very precise and throughout cover has to be installed so that nothing else will be sprayed besides the deck premises or the fence we are working on. Need to be honest, reliable and hard working and pay attention to small details. I also have fixing and building deck projects. Need to understand the weather inclement and work around the weather, because all jobs are outside in the opened air. I can offer work immediately. Serious inquires only! I want to deal straight with the person in charge and I want the person in charge to be the one that does the work and would be always on site.
