Full time nanny needed ASAP We are looking for a new full time nanny for 2 boys, ages 6 and 3. We also have a 10yo with special needs, who will be around, but for whom you will not be responsible. (He has an amazing caregiver who will be here with him.) Our kids are smart, eager to learn, inquisitive, loving, thoughtful and playful with lots of energy. You will need to be very Covid safe and either vaccinated or eager to become vaccinated! Please be a safe driver. We have a reliable vehicle to use when with the children. The hours are (slightly) flexible but basically from 8AM to 6PM Tues-Thurs and 8AM to 2PM Monday and Friday. There may be changes, of course, due to the nature of life. We work from home, so we are here during the day, and often available to help or interact, but we will not be looking over your shoulder all the time. It is a busy and active household of 4 adults and 3 children, 5 dogs, and 7 cats. Hopefully, you thrive in a chaotic, fun, family environment. Job duties other than the obvious include school pick up and drop off, some (omnivore) meal prep, washing groceries and dishes, and occasional errands. Our ideal candidate would like to play, do baking projects, listen to music, garden, dance, hike, do art, play outside, build with Legos, supervise small building projects and play dates. Please be able and eager to help our loving children learn how to communicate with one another, express themselves with words, and give them the skills to work through anxious, high-tension moments. We prefer very little screen time. We are looking for someone who will preferably be with us for the long term, who will enjoy being a part of our family. Unfortunately, after 2.5 yrs with us, our current nanny is moving away. No tobacco please. Pay depends on experience.
