Mechanic wanted for 1989 Ford F-250

Hello, I’m looking for a mechanic for a 1989 Ford F-250 (460 7.5 engine). The runs and drives no issues but could be better. I just got the truck and the previous owner gave me a list of things that need to be completed. I have all parts brand new from previous owner. Work Needed: -Motor mounts -Timing needs adjusting - Power Steering pump -Starter( previous owner took overdrive out and added a switch to start car. I want to have starter back in wheel.) - General Diagnosis to check for anything else -Alarm with Keyless entry.
