Description: The Outside Service Coordinator is an engaging, charismatic, neat and energetic individual who has some resort/hospitality/private club experience. Hiring, training, scheduling and supervising service personnel would be the primary responsibility of the successful candidate. Becoming familiar with the specific needs of clients and reoccurring special events will be necessary. Light mechanical aptitude is a plus. Hours: This is a full-time (forty hours per week) position Reports To: The Department Supervisor Compensation: Minimum of $19 per hour but commensurate with experience. Benefits: Some education reimbursement. Participation in medical, dental and vision insurance. 401K after qualifications are met. Vacation accrual based on longevity. Meals provided during the work shift. Typical Day: Early morning start with emphasis on preparation for the unique character of the specific days. Hands-on service and frontline contact with clients. Coordinating and preparing staff and duties of the closing shifts. Other tasks or responsibilities which may occur.
