Litmus Gallery & Studios, 312 W. Cabarrus St., Raleigh is delighted to feature the outstanding art of resident artist Kayla Rose Garcia during the month of May. Typically, Kayla spends most days painting realistic portraits; however, after the quarantine of 2020, she had a strong urge to create something a little more playful. Her exhibit “#VIBES”, will be comprised of colorful abstract landscapes, made up of dazzling mixed media paintings on canvas. The viewer will see bright colors and whimsical mark making that give off exciting and pleasurable vibes.
