J&W Asphalt, the Twin Cities largest asphalt driveway contractor, is hiring truck driver/laborers for our grading and paving crews. 45 to 65 Hours per Week Paving Crew -- 40% Truck Driving and 60% Labor Grading Crew -- 60% Truck Driving and 40% Labor Our paving season is May to Thanksgiving. In the winter months, most our guys spend time with their family, ice fish, snowmobile, or get projects done at home. Others snow plow, do side jobs, or do over-the-road trucking.
