Bakersfield Brand Ambassadors needed for Premium Beer Sampling Program! Start Cinco de Mayo!! Come have fun with us! The program runs until September 2021 **************** • $26/ hour off-premise • $30/hour on-premise • Pay is weekly via direct deposit • Paid training. Will be conducted on-camera via Zoom ON-PREMISE DUTIES: • Adhere to all PPE requirements and complete activation safety training • Receive and care for branded assets & giveaway items • Arrive on time at an on-premise location (restaurants and/or bars) and check-in with the manager • Use excellent communication and product knowledge to educate consumers on the brand • Push product sales • Submit event recap and timesheet online within 24 hours of each shift OFF-PREMISE DUTIES: • Adhere to all PPE requirements and complete activation safety training • Receive and care for branded display assets, giveaway items, and a branded mobile cart (size of mobile ice cream/fruit cart – folds to fit in a standard sedan) • Carts will fully break down into one carryon bag • Setup display at off-premise location (beer/wine retailers, Costco’s, Convenience markets) and check-in with manager • Use excellent communication and product knowledge to educate consumers on the brand • Push product sales by using branded premium giveaway as sales incentives • Submit event recap and timesheet online within 24 hours of each shift BRAND AMBASSADORS: • Must be 21 + to apply • Have excellent communication and sales experience; previous off-premise sampling experience preferred • Be outgoing, friendly, professional, and reliable • Be able to comply with all Covid-19 safety guidelines • Bilingual in Spanish + English is a huge plus • Have access to reliable transportation and a computer If interested, please apply with your resume, photo, and availability.
