Local Contractor/Home Builder is seeking a licensed plumbing & heating contractor. This is a 2-story new construction house build. House contains 3 bathrooms and it’s nearing the end of the framing stage right now so almost ready to go. It’s getting radiant heat, the under the floor method with the aluminum heat transfer plates. It has a finished basement so the basement will also get radiant heat in the concrete. The 2” rigid foam will already be installed on the basement floor so the radiant can just be secured to that. The faucets, mix valves, tub filler, and the shower units will all be on site. The upstairs shower has 2 mix valves and shower heads and the shower heads are an over the head style. The walls and floor of the master bathroom will be tiled. The downstairs shower is going to be set by the framers next week and they’ll cut the hole in the floor for your trap before they set it. We’ll be looking for a liquid propane wall hung boiler with a boiler mate. Currently we build between 6-12 houses a year and a successful candidate may be used for future projects if work is proven to be up to company standards. The qualified candidate will have a valid masters Plumbing & heating license, carry liability insurance and capable of working As Soon As Possible.
