Fishing Charter boat mates and/or Captain

I am looking for a couple of mates and a part time skipper to work on a six-pack charter boat running seasonally out of Kittery Maine. Pay commensurate with experience. Captain must have or pursue Maine Tide Water Guides Licencse (negotiable). For mates experience is a plus but will train. This is a seasonal job May to october, but could be extended. Fun job if you like boats and fishing,
