Demolition / Water Technician – Long term position with growth opportunities. DRYmedic® Restoration Services currently has openings in our mitigation department. We are looking to hire a positive candidate who is detail oriented and reliable. The company: DRYmedic® Restoration Services is a team of experienced disaster restoration professionals. Our technicians use industry-leading equipment and trusted techniques to restore your property after water, fire, mold, or asbestos damage. Our number one priority is to quickly bring your property back to its original condition. The position: • Remove / demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites. • Move, clean, and store equipment. • Clean up affected materials and areas at job sites including removing all job-related debris. • Cleaning of all equipment, tools, and stock vans. • Assisting lead technician with job site production including the set up and removal of containment. • Maintaining job site safety. • Execute job action plan for production. • Content manipulation. • Working in confined spaces including heights. • Utilization of power tools. • Assist with warehouse duties. Requirements: • Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. • Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting. • Clean shaven face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations. • Able to be on call per rotation schedule. • Some night and weekend work. • Working in team environment. • Working in tight or confined spaces. • Following project manager directions. • Driver’s license. • Passing background check. • Working overtime as needed. Qualifications: • Previous demolition experience preferred. • Clean and valid driver’s license. • High school diploma or GED preferred • Able to pass a background check. • Reliable transportation.
