Arwen is a 5 Month old Terrier Mix that has a tri-colored coat and weighs 12 lbs. Arwen is a bit shy at first but warms up quickly. He was rescued in Ensenada from a very bad situation. Arwen likes to play with other dogs and gets along with people. Arwen is up to date on his vaccines, microchip and neuter. Woofs and Wags Dog Rescue is a Federally Recognized 501C Non-Profit.
