Ambrosia Bodega will be a convenience store that provides New York style fresh food in plastic free convenience stores. We will be piloting & opening in Atlanta with a limited menu in the fall and we’re looking for a chef / cook to help consult with us. Tasks will include: +Providing recipes & providing samples of the “Limited Menu” (see below) based on ingredient budgets +Consulting on ingredient sourcing +Consulting on type of mobile cart and equipment is needed in kitchen design +Training other cooks on the recipe Ideal experience: +Experience as a cook or chef or in culinary training +NYC history and experience is a plus +Experience in quick serve restaurants or food truck is a plus Limited Menu to Consult With: +Bodega style Chopped Cheese on a hero (both beef & impossible options) +Bodega style Grilled Chicken with Cheese, LTO on a hero/roll +Bodega style Ham & Cheese on a roll +Bodega style Bacon, Egg & Cheese on a roll +Bodega style Grilled Cheese on a roll Rate: $25 / hr, roughly 30-40 hours of total work If interested, please reach out to Tutul Rahman via email.
