We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Building Maintenance Technician to join our team at Willamette Oaks, our beautifully situated senior living and retirement community in Eugene. It is non-medical and focused on providing a great hospitality environment for its residents. We promote a culture of Welcome, Wellness, Wow, and Wonder. In this role, you would work with the maintenance team, responding to the needs of residents and fellow staff, being flexible and ready to jump into a variety of different tasks. You will be handling work orders that come in from residents and staff and then doing apartment turns. This is the perfect role for someone who doesn’t want any two days to be the same. There’s light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work and some light janitorial work, as needed. Experience Required - Hands-on building/apartment maintenance experience is required. - Hands-on construction or carpentry experience in a professional setting is a plus. - We are looking for someone who will be proactive. - Valid insurance and a clean driving record are required, as you might be asked to drive a company vehicle.
