Hello North County Thank you for taking a moment to read this post. Without disclosing too much, I am helping a wonderful young family find a new place to live between Poway and Vista. They can pay market rent or can qualify to buy a home, but need to stay in the area due to their child with special needs and medical assistance. Unfortunately their current rental will no longer be available soon and need to find a new home. With so much demand for housing it will prove difficult to find a replacement home in time. I am hoping to find someone with a big heart that can give them a cut to the front of the line for either a rental or to buy a home. If this is you and you are in a position to help please email me.
