Lovely San Diego family (92103) seeking full-time Housekeeper to help a busy household with 1 infant child(1-year-old boy). The family has a full-time Nanny so child care NOT needed daily. Must be an experienced and mature candidate who knows how to run a household, be of help to a family, and anticipate needs. The family would like someone who walks into the house with a smile and is ready to work! Spanish speaking is required. Must be comfortable with dogs as the family has one 7lbs Yorkie. *Client will be relocating to La Mesa in the Winter to a 1 story home. Current home is 3 stories so must be okay with stairs. Upon arrival, Housekeeper will spend time doing various household tasks: family laundry, changing sheets, light cooking/meal prep, deep cleaning of the home, organizing projects, and all domestic-related duties. Key attributes: 1. Reliable and punctual 2. No overly dominating personalities yet is a can-do, take-charge person. The candidate will work with other employees in the home 3. Multitasks with ease 4. Anticipates the needs of family and works proactively 5. Helps the family in any way necessary - cleaning, cooking, organizing, house projects, etc 6. Able to jump in with the child as needed if Nanny unavailable (specifically Saturday's) 7. Comfortable being around extended family. The client is extremely family-oriented and entertains a lot so being social and able to communicate comfortably is a must! Pay: $22-25 an hour per W2 + additional benefits such as PTO and paid holidays Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 10 am to 6:30 pm (Client can be flexible on start/end times) Core duties: Full Charge Housekeeping including deep cleaning Moving laundry as needed Errands if needed Ironing as needed Household organization including cleaning out closets, clothing storage, keeping pantry and other areas fresh and up to date Maintaining any plants in the home Straightening and cleaning outdoor areas Keeping inventory lists of items needed Being present and available Able to jump in and care for the baby as needed Spanish speaking required Qualifications: 3+ plus years professional Housekeeping Clear background and driving record Trustline a plus CPR and First Aid Trained Healthy and active - able to lift, hold and carry a child 3 Supervisory professional references
