Yard grading & paver moving

Need help grading a side yard where I removed some pavers. Have shovel, rake, etc. just need labor. Removing the pavers just about killed me :). Where the pavers were is relatively loose, but there was a concrete pad in the one corner where the ground will need to be broken up to grade it. Also need the pavers moved up the hill via some stairs. Limited access so would be manual labor. See pics below of the side yard, pavers, and stairs. Assume it would take ~4 hours? At $20 per hour, would be $80? Or let me know your thoughts. Looking to get it done ASAP.
