IMMEDIATE HIRE -- FULL TIME -- COMPETITIVE PAY -- BONUS PROGRAM General Duties: • Advise and assist Estimating Dept. during the bidding phase • Project lead times, Schedule workforce, equipment, and deliverables • Supervise installation crews onsite • Ensure crews adhere to company safety standards • Monitor progress and deliver field reports to General Contractor, Architects & Clients • Generate punch list items • Conduct any inspections required by municipal authorities Job Qualifications: • Experience: 5-10 years Landscape Installation experience in a PM and/or Superintendent role (Required). Estimating experience strongly desired. • Expertise: Advanced understanding of landscape operations, including grading, drainage, planting, irrigation, masonry, carpentry, and lighting (Required). • Experienced with construction equipment such as forklifts, backhoes, breakers, and saws (Required). • Proficiency in computer software programs including Word, Excel, Gmail, iOS devices (Required). • Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record (Required). • Languages: English-Spanish Bilingual (Preferred).
