Looking for a General Labor to provide a variety of skills to perform duties such as roofing, maintenance, painting buildings, grounds for our multifamily residential community in Yuma, Az. You will play an important role with the Regional Manager and onsite supervisor. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, must communicate with individuals both orally and written, reliable, and takes pride in the work they perform. Skills Preferred will train if necessary: • Must be teachable. • Must be able to use ladders. • Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment • Load or unload materials used in construction or extraction. • Repair’s roofing, Painting outside Buildings • Knowledge of sprinkler systems, and water lines • Exposed to constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, climbing ladders, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting light to heavy weight up to 50 lbs. • Will be exposed to outdoor environment (heat, cold, damp, rain, etc.) • Participate in work-safety programs, training and help with training new employees. • Reports to Manager or Supervisor to communicate daily needs of the project and receive daily assignments. Qualifications: • High School diploma • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Must have valid driver’s license. • Must pass a drug and background check. Job Type: Full-time (40 hrs.) Ability to work flexible schedules, weekends, after hours and holidays. Salary: Based on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
