My name is Derek, I own and manage a dozen or so properties in and around downtown Chico. The end of May and beginning of June is my turnover period where I move out and in the majority of my properties. The helper I typically work with has moved out of town and I'm looking for someone to replace him this year and moving forward.
What I'm looking for is one or two guys that can show up with their own tools and work on an as needed basis between the dates of May 30th and June 9th. Im Looking for a T&M set up because I typically don't know exactly what the projects are until I get the keys back and the tenants are out. Typical work includes minor sheetrock repair, door replacements, minor plumbing and electrical, painting, presurewashing, and hauling.
