Please help sick kitten

Hi I have got this poor sick kitten that was given to me about a week ago when the lady gave her to me she seemd fine and ok but not a week later and she acting sick her nose is all runny I don’t know what to do I don’t have any money to take her to a vet so if someone is willing to take her to a vet and let me come along that would be so great I feel for this poor kitten I been calling her Sabrina she calico kitten very beautiful I just don’t know what to do I have no money right now what so ever
