Job Description Seeking a thorough Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of our senior living community. The goal is to maintain the building/grounds/apartments and common areas in the best possible condition. -Coordinating and conducting tenant maintenance requests timely and effectively -Complete tasks such as painting, apartment turnovers, drywall, woodwork, and upkeep on furnishings of building -Maintain scheduled maintenance on: HVAC units, filters, fire & amp system, sprinkler equipment, landscape, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, basic plumbing, painting, annual unit inspections -Display tact and friendliness when interacting with residents, visitors, staff and vendors -Directs landscaping contractor with ground maintenance tasks to ensure grounds are in great upkeep and free of debris. -Inspects work and job assignments of subordinates or vendors to ensure work has been completed to company standards and requirements and managing staff if applicable -Perform maintenance of electrical systems which may include changing light bulbs, sockets, clean or repair breakers -Order supplies as needed for room turnovers and -Be aware of production schedules and communicate work hours needed to complete tasks to ensure work procedures meet work schedules Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour
