Job Overview The New York Racing Association, Inc. is seeking individuals with general labor, maintenance, and landscaping experience for temporary maintenance positions located at either Belmont Park (Elmont, NY) or Aqueduct Racetrack (Ozone Park, NY). The positions run from May 1st through November 1st with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Work shifts are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Responsibilities • General maintenance, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, raking, sweeping, shoveling, digging, watering, assisting as labor support for main track and turf racing. Qualifications • Qualified candidates must 18 years or older to apply • A valid Driver's License is required. • If chosen for the position you will be required to obtain a NYS Gaming Commission License.
