Need handyman/contractor for mobile home and property

Seeking someone local for work on older double-wide mobile home and also need some work on property. Specifically looking to have foundation/leveling checked and plan to get roof redone this year. Other work. The closer the better. let me know where you are because this will be critical for any consideration. Getting a lot of responses from people in urgent need of quick cash, that's not what I am looking for. There is some small amount of work that needs to be done now, but mostly looking for ongoing maintenance. Also please indicate where your experience is... ie: any specific mobile home experience? Can you do plumbing, electrical, roofing, carpentry, yard work, etc.? Does me no good for someone to respond with none of this info just saying "I'm a hard worker" or something so I won't reply unless I have more info. Thanks
