I am helping a friend sell her business and need a few things done on a punchlist. Typical tasks we will complete this weekend: Clean and Spray Paint Mailbox Remove any extra nails from walls Patch molding chips Clean all dirty vents Replace/add bulbs where burned out or missing Paint all walls Agreeable Grey (1200 square feet) Paint all moldings/trim white Repair/Replace ceiling tiles Remove Office Items to Dumpster Replace Cracked light cover Replace 2 fluorescent lights Ceiling tile metal track is bent and needs to be fixed in 2 spots Windex Entry door Spray paint metal and plastic vent covers Buy/Install missing high hat light enclosures Some light decorating of pictures, mirrors etc. We will provide all materials listed above. We have a shop vac and step stool. You should have: ceiling height ladder basic tools transportation references experience You should not need to take a smoke break every 15 minutes You should not be on your cell phone at any time while working You should not need to cut the time short without telling us before you arrive and get selected You should not be on any drugs You should not wear a mask at this location Dates of gig: Friday April 30th (6 hours) Saturday May 1st (8-10 hours) Sunday May 2nd (8-10 hours) Pay: $15/hour cash (possibly lunch covered too) Payment will be made each night after we finish for that day. If we have more to do after those 3 days, we might be able to use you again the following weekend.
