CSI International, Inc. Building Supervisor: We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Supervisor. (full-time position). The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine work as the need arises. This account is an office building and courtrooms: The day-to-day duties of the building supervisor vary based on the type and scope of work and the instructions from the property manager the Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of nightly tasks of the cleaning crew, training, motivating the employees, controlling the attendance of the employees, reporting with the client, informing the area manager all necessary of operations, Responsibilities:  Training and motivation of the cleaning crew  Manage the daily routine.  Excellent communication with the client and the security management team ( all levels )  Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders.  Manage the attendance performance of the employees, correct and discipline them when it is necessary  Handle emergencies in the building related to the cleaning services.  Ensure the equipment is in good condition, clean, and ready to be used. IMPORTANT: Candidates must be able to pass the Franklin County background check and our company’s background. Qualifications:  Janitorial experience  Willingness to work starting at 5:00 pm. to 1:30 am (Full-time position) Monday to Friday, occasionally on weekends as need it.  Ability to work well under minimal supervision  Enforce building security and safety policies and train staff members on proper procedures and protocols.  Evaluate and supervise building staff, assign work tasks, and train new employees.  Address complaints from tenants and regulars within the building. Make decisions to resolve these complaints as they arise.  Highly organized professional who manage people and problems, know how to prioritize tasks, and stay  Calm under pressure needs an array of critical skills to handle their daily responsibilities and succeed in the role.  Capacity to take directions from the client and Management Team.  Strong attention to the details.  Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds, as necessary.
