Hedge Landscape LLC is currently looking to fill the following full time positions: Foreman – Hardscape/Landscape Installations Foreman – Landscape Maintenance Foreman - Mowing Crew Leader/Driver Skilled Tradesman - Masons, Carpenters Crew Members – Hardscape, Mowing and Landscape Maintenance This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to work for a unique and growing company. Apply Online: Requirements for all positions: • Attention to safety • Dependable • Hardworking • Reliable transportation • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Hardscape/Landscape Foreman: • Responsible for overseeing the work of 2 to 4 member crews in order to assure the proper, efficient and timely completion of installation projects in keeping with high standards of quality in materials, workmanship and professionalism on the job. • The ability to read plans, complete layout, understand and adhere to budgets, and be knowledgeable of a wide variety of construction equipment. • High level, detail oriented • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record • At least 3 years field experience Landscape Maintenance Foreman: • High level, detail oriented • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record • At least one year of field experience • Knowledge of plants and mulch Mowing Crew Leader: • Minimum of one year of experience in commercial/residential mowing • Attention to detail • An understanding of equipment maintenance and minor field repairs is desired. • Ability to manage 2-4 crew members at our commercial maintenance/mowing properties and maintain a fleet of equipment, trucks, trailers, and tools • Spring cleanup, edging, mulching, pruning, flower installation, and overall landscape maintenance • Maintaining a strong working relationship with customers in order to retain their business Crew Members: • Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, bed weeding, fall clean ups, and hardscape installations as required to assist the Foreman • A valid driver’s license and good driving record are desired • A good attitude and willingness to learn can substitute work experience Benefits: Company Activities 401k with Company Match Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Incentives Team Atmosphere Apply Online:
