Full Job Description Property Maintenance Technician Very busy property management company looking for a full-time maintenance person for several multi-unit apartment buildings and single family homes. Someone who is motivated, has a good work ethic, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn. Experience required. You must be reliable, punctual, trustworthy, have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation. We are looking for hardworking and dependable team players who have the skills and determination to do the following: · Attention to detail is a MUST · Provide on-site technical repair, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance services · Help prepare apartments/homes for turnover in a timely manner · Handle repair work orders for tenants · Maintain all tools and equipment in optimum condition · Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) · Focus on and complete a list of tasks in a timely manner · Must be able to maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, and maintenance staff, have a positive attitude, patience, good follow-through skills and the ability to deal effectively with people, especially residents and staff · Other duties as required to achieve the goals of the company · Skills in electrical. carpentry, and plumbing is a bonus!
