Title: Production Worker Reports to: Production Supervisor Job Objectives: To perform all aspects of manufacturing in a safe and productive manner Essential Job Functions: • Operate all manufacturing equipment in a safe and productive manner. • Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner. • Follow safety measures. • Follow Travelers for proper weights, temp controls and operations. • Complete all necessary system paperwork to produce products in plant. • Accurate Time Keeping. • Able to meet established deadlines. Non-Essential Job Functions: • Good Communication Skills • Become knowledgeable of basic customer requirements and the equipment and materials needed to do so.
