Holland lop needing new home!

Unfortunately due to going back to work as a travel photographer I'm unable to keep my sweet bunny. He is 1yr old Holland Lop with pedigree papers. He's fully litter trained and very sweet. He's a pretty mellow rabbit and would be great for kids or seniors. He's not one to hop all over the place and make a mess. He's quite the neat freak and will ONLY use the bathroom in his litter box. Being that he is a neat freak the litter box does need to be cleaned daily. He's a lover of cilantro, romaine lettuce, dill, apples, and bananas. He hates all berries and shockingly hates carrots too. He loves the outdoors so we do bring him out in the yard on a harness, but if you have a fenced in area where he could not escape that would work as well. He must be supervised at all times outdoors as many animals would attack him quite easily. If decided to give our sweet bun a home, we will include all food, hay, treats, toys, litter box, feeder, and customized wooden house. The litter box/feeder and house with a ramp are $300 alone, but we just want to make sure he goes to a good family. Below you can find additional information. BREED: Holland Lop (pedigree papers included) AGE: 1yrs old WEIGHT: 2.5lbs (he's on the smaller side of holland lops) COLOR: Black Tort (he changes colors every season. Its fun to watch!) He also has a little mohawk during molting season. GOOD WITH: Everyone! He does seem to gravitate towards kids and babies more. He's more shy with adults but with time he'll come around. I think smaller humans are less intimidating lol. HEALTH: All vet papers will be included. He has been neutered and has had two check ups in the past year. We have health insurance on him which I would recommend continuing. We pay $40 a month which gives you full coverage and 90% reimbursement.
