R U a Welding Specialist? Help Needed!

I need someone who can weld a small piece to my patio chair as described below: This small welding job is for the plate & pole piece that joins the chair section to the base section of one on my patio chairs. The following photos will provide perspective on what is needed: Photo-A shows the fully assembled chair. Photo-B shows the chair seat section with the plate & pole bolt to the bottom of this chair section. Photo-C & C1 show the base of the chair and the center hole where the pole inserts into the base. Photo-D show the plate & pole section unbolted from the bracket on the seat section of the chair. Photos-E & E1 show the plate & pole where/how the pole in welded to the plate. Photos-F & F1 show the other side of the plate & pole where wend does not occur; unless it can be done is such a way so as to grind it flat because when the pole in inserted into the base (and the plat is bolted to the bottom bracket of the chair section) the plate must be able to swivel onto the top of the base unit. Please tell me if you can accomplish the job needed and how much (or little, lol) you would charge. Thank you, Rob
