Lead/Rhythm Guitarist forming a bar/street fair band

A-minus guitar player (and B-minus vocalist) with 30 years of playing experience seeking drummer, bass player, keyboardist/guitarist and lead singer to form 3-5 piece band for bars and street fair gigs. Looking for bandmates who are serious but not obsessed, and can, above all else, play in time. Interested in performing crisp, competent covers that leave room for interpretation and improvisation -- the audience should know the song, but they should also know you did something with it. The idea is to gig out 2-3 times a month and be good enough to be asked back. I'm adept at lead and rhythm, have good gear, am sober, vaccinated, middle-aged and musically flexible enough to operate within the general folk-blues-rock-grunge-metal spectrum, with my stylistic outer limits being Woody Guthrie on the folk side and Motorhead on, well, the other side. Sweet spot is somewhere in the middle years, middle tempos and middle volumes (Traffic, Free, Flying Burritos, Thin Lizzy, Allmans etc.) but era-based playlists (70s, 80s, 90s) work too. My only real no-go is contemporary country.
