We need an individual with a passion for bicycles and the willingness to learn how to build and maintain electric bicycles. If you have working level knowledge for bikes, then you can easily learn how to become an ebike mechanic. WE WILL TRAIN YOU. Opportunity for advancement and pay increase. Working individually and as part of a team problem solving, and heavy lifting of 50 lbs or more. Primary Responsibilities Unpack, assemble, wash and inspect bicycles and components. Complete standardized tasks within a bicycle processing line including truing wheels, tire installation, derailleur tuning/adjustment, and brake adjustment. Advanced technical skills of component replacement, brake bleeds, bearing installation, suspension overhauls, truing wheels, tubeless tire installation, dérailleur tuning/adjustment, and final quality control check. Researching YouTube to problem solve. Daily maintenance and upkeep of standardized workstations. Salary Range For this role, the hourly rate starts at $10.00-$15.00 an hour based on a 40-hour workweek depending on relevant experience and tenure in the role.
