Vinco, a growing construction firm, is hiring full-time, year-round Civil Leads to direct crews. Individuals interested in this position will direct crews working in concrete forming and finishing, operating skid steer, excavator, and related construction equipment/tools. Candidate must have experience in construction/excavation, operating related equipment, understanding blueprints, and leading crews in completion of the work. You must be in possession of a valid driver's license. The ability to eventually obtain a CDL Class A is also required. General construction knowledge is required. Excavation or landscaping experience will also be accepted. OVERTIME IS HIGHLY LIKELY!
