Concrete and Masonry labor no experience ok

Hello I'm looking for one or two laborers for concrete and masonry work. Pretty chill environment. Ideally looking for somebody younger that wants to learn some skills and work their way up. Push wheelbarrow, dig dirt, carry material, clean up jobsite, etc. We work outside in all types of weather conditions. Heavy rain days are typically off. Starting pay $16hr cash with fuel expenses paid. No 1099. Pay will go up if your reliable and learn fast. Ideal if you live in the south metro. No debilitating drug or alcohol problems. No drugs or alcohol on the jobsite. Must be able to show up on time everyday and let me know the night before if you can't make it. Must have your own reliable transportation and drivers license.
