Plumber to fix 6" bypass water pipe

I'm looking for a plumber to fix a 6" bypass water pipe that is leaking from the seam. I'm looking for whatever is going to the most cost effective method to get the leak fixed while also having the bypass lever work properly. Attached are photos of the pipe and where the leak is. The leak is coming from the pipe above the funnel. Please provide me with a complete cost including parts, labor, etc. No calls. All calls will be ignored. Please email or text.
