We are accomplishing our mission by building solutions which will educate patients about state benefits and make it easier to enroll. As we work toward that mission, we think that it is crucial to engage our community members to ensure that the solutions work for you. PLEASE ONLY REACH OUT IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: - Is eligible, enrolled, or has applied for any of the following: Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, SSI, or LIHEAP - Must have household of more than 1 (example: mom and child; wife and spouse) - Household with multiple incomes - OR you are an older adult (age 65-70 with Medicaid (dual coverage)) - No severe diagnosis (Cancer) and not currently in a crisis-patients who are stable in their current healthcare needs - With contact access (at home, on a phone, or public access) We will provide you with a $50.00 gift card or another form of electronic funds for your time. The interview is about 45-60 minutes long and can take place via telephone, video call, or in a public setting. Interested? Respond to this email with: 1.
