Probably 2 days work * 2 people, 30 hours? Ideal would be: one carpenter type person to build cage and fix downspouts, another general yard work worker. Not urgent so this can be part time. Some trips to Home Depot to get supplies.

Blow yard to get rubber chips off yard.
Build squirrel cage for front tomatoes
Buy and replace downspouts.
Replace back door kick board
Weed the wood chips
Tie grapes to the side fence
Blow out garage.
Replace 3 ceiling tiles in basement
Weed roses.
Clean granite by grill
Weed blue stone decks
Pull out all boxes match the tops trash rest.
Clean kept boxes.
Empty organize and blow out shed
