Guinea pig anti biotics!?

I know it’s a long shot but does anyone have guinea pig antibiotics they no longer need? Specifically Baytril. Our new guinea we got last week has an upper respiratory infection and thankfully Petsmart is going to treat her, but she spread it to our other piggy and the soonest they can get her into any vet is next week, and yes I’ve called them all! I’m worried about it turning into pneumonia😭
