Inland Technologies is hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Denver International Airport (DEN) location Apply online: The members of the Inland Group of Companies (IDS, Inland Technologies, and Quantem Aviation Services) are highly experienced in aircraft de-icing, environmental management, ground handling, and pretty much any other aviation support service you can think of. We operate at over 50 airports in four countries. You manage sensitive and confidential issues and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment as various and ever-changing deadlines are constant. About the Position: This position requires confidence, independent action, initiative, a sense of urgency, and the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them. There is a strong demand for high-quality, organized, and repeatable results. The responsibilities are broad in scope, encompassing a wide variety of activities requiring rapid shifts in priorities. To be successful in this position you need to be: -Aware of company safety policies and procedures and you ensure a safe environment and adhere to all regulatory, Inland, and Airline policies and procedures; -General reception duties including greeting, answer telephones, -General office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, retrieving information, working with correspondence, and preparing information for meetings, reports, or ad hoc requests; -General mail duties such as sending and picking up daily mail at the local post office, sort and deliver mail internally; Qualifications: -Two years of experience in an administrative role; -Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); -Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interpret information, promote and execute ideas, prepare reports and provide a foundation of open communication; -Excellent spelling and grammar with strong attention to detail; -Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-deadline environment while communicating effectively with varying personalities; -Willing to learn new skills and adapt to change in order to support the growth of the company and meet the needs of customers About Inland: At Inland, we offer the following benefits, some of which are subject to eligibility: -A rewarding and safe work environment (company provided PPE); -On the job training, mentoring, and coaching; -Growth and advancement opportunities for high potential employees; and family assistance program; -Competitive compensation and benefits package; -Employee referral bonus program; -Pension plan with employer contribution; -Access to group rates and discounts.
