Westside Grounds is looking for the following Positions to be filled: -Motivated Lawn Maintenance Crew Leaders -Motivated Detail / Enhancement Crew Leaders -Pesticide Applicator *****PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY IF YOU DO NOT POSSESS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN THIS FIELD -- WE DO NOT WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME***** Qualifications include: - Mow Crew Leader must have ***2 years*** experience mowing and maintaining properties and and preferably supervising others in the process - Detail / Enhancement Crew Leader must have ***2 years*** experience servicing and understand plant material, proper hedge, shrub & tree trimming procedures, and other landscape maintenance activities. Other Specific Responsibilities: Manage team of up to 3 people while performing services; motivate, coach, and mentor team Perform landscape maintenance duties, such as mowing, trimming. weeding, and cleanups. Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to commercial mowers, line trimmers, and blowers.
