I. Position Summary
Drives truck and delivers products to customers. Checks products from the warehouse and loads/unloads vehicles.
II. Essential Functions
• Drives delivery trucks to customers and stays overnight as needed.
• Checks products on loading dock and assembles them according to customer orders.
• Loads and unloads products into and from truck.
• Reviews invoices and matches them to ensure that orders are accurate and locates missing products and/or initiate corrections.
• Collects checks or cash payments from customers.
• Reports product returns or complaints from customers to TWF’s office.
• Completes DOT driver logs, pre-trip and post-trip inspection reports, temperature log paper and any other documents required.
• Attends weekly meetings with Coordinators and Delivery Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned

IV. Minimum Qualifications
• 1 – 3 months of related experience driving delivery trucks or vans
• 21 years of age
V. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Knowledge of company operations, delivery routes, company products and customers.
• Knowledge of safe driving practices and vehicle operation
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle including trucks and vans
• Ability to read maps
VI. Working Conditions
Equipment
• Operates delivery trucks, hand-trucks, cell phones
Work Environment
• Works irregular work shifts (Monday to Friday only)
• Daily exposure to refrigerated or frozen process areas, loading docks
• Outside weather exposure when visiting customers
Physical Effort
• Medium physical effort required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.
