The Maintenance Technician II will be responsible for performing all necessary property maintenance to maintain and enhance the property as directed by the Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities include providing general maintenance, drywalling, painting, assisting with grounds maintenance, after hour emergency calls, snow removal and responding to resident service requests. Ideal candidates will possess overall maintenance knowledge, organizational skills, and trouble-shooting abilities with skills in HVAC, carpentry, equipment, and tool usage.
