start a new Band!

OK currently I am actually in a band. the other members for personal reasons family concerns and obviously the pandemic, well the band just hasn't been able to get together to practice and do simple band business. I'm a older guy in my 50s and I've been playing music for the vast majority of my life as a hobby and professionally, Mainly with the guys I'm currently playing with. I find myself with a enormous amount of extra time, I still have the energy and want to try another musical project. But if I start another musical project I want to do it right this time. What I mean by that is the people I've been playing with are not very musically ambitious and have way too many family obligations to really get serious and they are not willing to follow a business plan. What I mean by serious is getting more exposure musically playing at a bare minimum of once or twice a month professionally. I would say that this should be a pretty easy goal to accomplish once the pandemic breaks. The people I'm interested in playing with are people that have a firm grasp of the music business or at least want to learn it. Besides the obvious musical compatibility and just being able to get along with one another, we all need to be on the same page on our goals and the way to get there. What I have to offer is a place to practice with all the equipment we will need. Like a drum set, 2 guitar amps, bass amp, PA, also some recording equipment. I'm going to include some links that will give you a full idea of the business plan I have in mind, that I think you would agree is a pretty solid plan. I also can leave some SoundCloud links so you can hear the music I'm currently doing. I play guitar & bass and have a passable singing voice.
