We are looking to add a janitorial professional to our team. This is a full time day porter position located in Elgin, TX. Full Time Position: Monday-Friday 4am-12pm in Elgin, TX Compensation: $2200/month ($1100 paid on the 5th, $1100 paid on the 20th) Can begin as early as next week. Requirements are as follows: Must be able to pass a background check Must have prior office cleaning experience Must have reliable transportation and valid DL and SS card Must pay close attention to detail Must be a self starter/motivator and be willing to work alone Positive attitude and friendly demeanor Responsible and Trustworthy Must be able to handle criticism well Must be able to communicate in English Must take a a OSHA Safety training course prior to start date. Job Duties Include: -Vacuum -Mop -Detailed cleaning/stocking of restrooms -Cleaning of common areas such as hallways, break rooms, offices, ect. -Detailed wiping and dusting of desks and office furnishings. -Disposing of Trash -Spotless cleaning of entrance door glass -Other basic cleaning tasks as needed.
