Looking for a temporary full time maintenance technician at busy apartment community in Chapel Hill. Tech must possess basic skills to turn apartments. Skills include, installing smoke detectors, changing locks, replacing mini blinds and doors, changing light bulbs, toilet seats and other minor repairs. Candidate must be available a minimum of 40 hours per week and must have reliable transportation. Candidate must pass back ground screening.
