We are looking for full-time mechanics and quick lube technicians to work in our busy shop in Apex. Mechanics must be experienced. Quick lube technicians don't have to be experienced, but some experience is helpful. MECHANICS- responsible for performing basic and advanced car maintenance and repair tasks, inspecting vehicles for potential problems, and trouble shooting issues to ensure vehicle is performing appropriately and the customer is taken care of. Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): -Application of in-depth automotive repair knowledge -Providing service of the highest quality to our customers -Performs skilled mechanical work while analyzing and diagnosing problems -Inspect, replace and/or repair defective parts while performing preventative maintenance on automobiles -Continuously learn new technical information and techniques to stay abreast of rapidly changing automotive technology -Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards -Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Qualifications: -A minimum of 4 years auto service / engine diagnostic experience in a professional capacity -ASE Certification preferred, but not required -Must have Technician Tools -Valid Driver's License -Ability to operate and drive vehicles -Effective communication and interpersonal skills -Top-notch customer service skills with a desire to build long term trust and relationships with our customers -Willingness to work Saturdays QUICK LUBE TECHNICIANS- We have entry-level openings for hood/pit-techs. We are looking for team players that are punctual, friendly, and ready to work. We will train the right individuals to follow our strict procedures and offer our customers the best customer service in town. Requirements: -At least 18 years of age with a valid drivers license -Available to work 8A-6P Monday-Saturday. (You will get Sundays and one week day off.) Working Saturdays is required. -Able to become a State Safety Inspector within 45 days of hire. Preference given to current state inspectors -Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, climb stairs, and more, in all weather conditions. -Your own transportation to and from work -Mechanical experience is preferred but not necessary Interested applicants, please reply to this post with your name and contact phone number.
