Do you want a good paying job with room for growth? Look no further! Bloom Pest Control & Home Services is hiring Entry-Level Crawl Space Specialists to join our growing team. You’ve gotta be strong and like to get dirty. You’re going to be lifting 50+ lbs. bags for extended periods of time and spending around 8 hours a day in and out of crawl spaces. We are a locally-owned, family-run business that specializes in making crawl spaces as protected & healthy as they can be. Duties: ● Perform crawl space clean outs of animal and construction debris-related materials ● Excavate and grade crawl spaces ● Install insulation and vapor barrier ● Install drainage systems -Create trenches -Lay pipe -Cut, patch, and pour concrete -Lay rock ● Load and unload materials, equipment and supplies ● Repair screens, vents and other crawl space project-related tasks ● Follow safety rules, procedures and policies ● Work cooperatively with coworkers and follow instructions, policies and procedures ● Maintain Bloom’s standard of excellence in all work and materials ● Perform related work as required. Requirements: ● Willingness to learn ● Ability to work in extreme conditions (cold, heat, humidity, wet) ● Ability to work in small, dark spaces for extended periods ● Ability to use respirator (no full beards) and other protective clothing and gear ● Ability to lift, carry, push and pull 70+ lbs. for extended periods, and stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, reach, push & pull ● Ability to work cooperatively with others ● Ability to pass background check ● Personal vehicle and valid driver license and insurance for commuting to job sites ● Smartphone or other device capable of operating app-based time sheets and receiving schedule alerts Compensation & Benefits: ● $14/hour starting pay, more after 90 days based on performance ● 4 paid holidays ● 5 days paid vacation ● Paid training (we will teach you the ropes!) ● Retirement savings option Contact us today and apply! 5o3-894-5955 BloomCrawlSpaceServices. com / entry-level-crawlspace-specialist Or email us!
