Sustainable Cleaning Systems is looking for an experienced janitorial supervisor who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast paced environment to join our team! This position is full time during swing shift hours in the Clackamas Area. Requirements: - Leadership experience, preferably supervisory. - Experience in the Cleaning Industry (preferred not required). - Drivers license. - Ability to pass various criminal background checks. - Kind, can-do attitude. Job duties are as follows, but not limited to: - Providing support for Oregonians with disabilities. - Supervising, scheduling, cleaning, deliveries. - Inventory and ordering of supplies. - Training new employees to meet quality cleaning standards for overall satisfaction. - Great attention to detail in cleaning and supervisory duties. Job Details: - This is a salaried position, includes benefits like health, dental, paid vacation, and accrued sick time. -Great paid time off package. - Company vehicle provided.
